Anne-Mette Iversen is a clinical nurse specialist and PhD student at the Oncology Department at Aarhus University Hospital in Aarhus, Denmark. She graduated with a master’s degree in humanities and health studies at Aarhus University. On a personal level, she is married with five children.

Anne-Mette focused on the importance of good hand hygiene in healthcare situations, working closely with nurses and doctors to educate and encourage good behavior in all aspects to improve patient safety and stop the spread of infection.
