A customer needed to shorten their cleaning window by 10 minutes per clean. They used allergens in a majority of their products and had different allergens used after each changeover. Additionally, they had to validate that each clean was completed to correct standards.

Ecolab Solution
Customer selected Manual Cleaning Insights (MCI). MCI digitally tracks and measures manual cleaning activities to provide straightforward insights for controlled, dependable results. Now, the customer’s quality and technical team use MCI to show that each clean has been completed to the cleaning procedure work instruction. If an allergen complaint is received, MCI data is used to push it back to the originator to review their own procedures.

MCI gave the customer the confidence that their new validated procedure is effective, unlocking $720,000 in productivity.
